Coming from a rich family history in the footwear industry, Lyndon started his career in Product Development at Dynasty Footwear. Inspired by the hybridization of the categories he saw in footwear during his career, he launched Plainview Shoes in 2016. Lyndon enjoys the process of building relationships between his company and its clients and is always seeking new and exciting ways to bring value to the customer. He has a keen eye for trend forecasting and drives the success of the company and its culture through a collaborative approach. He loves spending time with his wonderful wife Carla and their two young daughters and keeps his creative energy high through running, gaming and traveling.

Lauren is based in New York City and holds a degree in Retailing and Consumer Sciences from the University of Arizona. With over a decade of experience in Fashion and Sales, she has managed a diverse portfolio of accounts with brands such as Vilebrequin, Diesel and Ralph Lauren. She values her relationships with her clients and loves the process of bringing a best-seller to life. When she is not on a road trip, you might spot her somewhere in Manhattan training for the Great Saunter.

Michelle is based in California and holds a degree from American College in Merchandising and Marketing. She started her career in fashion and private label product development and has worked with many notable brands including Kohls where she increased sales by 800% over 3 years. She specializes in brand protection and enjoys the social and educational aspects of sales. She recently completed a Pilates teaching certification and is a proud foster dog mom.
